Only the contact form collects data: type of work, format, project description, date or period, location, indicative budget, name, company, email and phone.
No analytics cookie and no advertising tracker is set. The site therefore has no consent banner.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR article 6.1.b).
Recipients
Enquiries are sent by email through Resend (Resend Inc., United States, standard contractual clauses) and are read only by Kery Delmas. No data is sold or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention period
Three years from the last exchange for enquiries that go no further, ten years for invoiced projects (accounting obligations).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. Write to kerydelmas@outlook.fr: requests are handled within 30 days.
If you disagree with how a request was handled, you can refer the matter to the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris — cnil.fr).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. The form is protected against automated submissions by a honeypot field and a limit of five enquiries per hour per IP address.
